Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 12am on 4/06/2019 will receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations received after 12am on 4/6/2018 are responsible for full payment and will be charged accordingly.
The National Board of the ROCKS, Incorporated and The Washington, DC Chapter of the ROCKS cordially invites you to their Annual Spring Gala. Join the ROCKS Incorporated as they celebrate their Sapphire Anniversary and 45 years of commitment to mentoring Cadets, Officers, Department of Army Civilians and their spouses.
The ROCKS recognizes members who in serving the community are the embodiment of the organization‘s motto: Concern, Dedication and Professionalism by presenting deserving recipients with the Colonel Robert “Bobby” Burke, the ROCK of the Year and the Honorary ROCK of the Year awards. Upon the conclusion of the formal portion of the Sapphires & Stars Program, join us in dancing to the sounds of DJ A-Ron.
Recommended attire is Dress Mess for military guests and Black Tie for civilian guests.

The ROCKS, Inc., strengthens the United States Armed and Uniformed Services Officer Corps and Senior Government Civilians by serving as a world class organization that provides and promotes mentorship, leader development and diversity, coaching, scholarship, networking, and professional development to maximize and leverage talent across the leadership spectrum.
Members include current and former active duty, reserve component, National Guard and warrant officers, ROTC Cadets and Military Academy Cadets and Midshipmen from all uniformed Services, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the Public Health Service, GS 12 and above Civilians and others listed in Art IV of the Bylaws.
The ROCKS, Incorporated is 501(c)3 organization and a portion of the proceeds from this event supports ROTC scholarships.
