Membership in ROCKS, Inc connects you to a mentorship community focused on helping members grow and be successful. Through membership, you gain access to mentors and supportive peers who can provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world accountability as you work toward your goals. Research on mentoring shows that having a mentor is associated with stronger academic and career outcomes, including better planning and smoother transitions into opportunities.

Who Can Participate

Eligible participants include ROTC and Military Academy cadets, active duty or reserve component commissioned officers, active duty or reserve component warrant officers, and federal civilians at the GS-9 level and above.
