Key Responsibilities
Leads the effort to operationalize and track the implementation of the ROCKS Inc. Corporate Strategy (Strategic Plan).
Collaborate with other Board members to facilitate providing status updates to the National Board and recommending needed adjustments as appropriate.
Provide oversight and management of key strategic programs as identified by the National Board Chairman and Vice Chairman.
