The National Board of the ROCKS, Inc., in conjunction with The Washington, DC Chapter of the ROCKS, Inc. cordially invites you to attend the ROCKS' 38th Annual Spring Gala and Awards Ceremony.

The ROCKS, Inc. serves as a premier non-profit centerpiece, recognizing scholarship, community service, philanthropy and individual achievement in ROTC units and supporting ROCKS Chapters throughout the U.S. and Europe.  This year's gala follows The ROCKS, Inc. 8th Bi-Annual Leadership and Training Conference

The ROCKS, Inc. has more than 1,000 members from the Armed Forces all over the world consisting of active duty, reserve, retired  and former commissioned officers. The organization was founded with the goal of providing professional growth and mentorship to strengthen the United States Army Officer Corps
The ROCKS, Inc. is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) comprised of ROTC and Military Academy Cadets, active duty, reserve component, commissioned officers and active duty or reserve component warrant officers and Department of Defense GS12 and above civilians. The organization was formed to provide mentorship, professional development and social interaction to strengthen the officer corps. In addition to the R.C. Cartwright Scholarship Fund, the "Leadership Outreach" program provides the opportunity for teams consisting of ROCK members to visit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to provide professional career development guidance to ROTC students.
