Responsible for the Membership Program Development to include strategic membership planning. Serves as the National Board lead for new member / new chapter procedures and processing.  Leads all membership coordination, and development programmatics, dues, renewals, and reclamation. Facilitates website access and membership updates. Coordinates with support staff to provide accurate membership response to inquiries.

Membership Guidance:  The Chapter Bi-Laws are our basic guidelines; however, there is no limit to innovation.  Be creative when it comes to new member development and outreach.  OPD’s, Socials, Service Days, Fund Raisers, and Community Service are all good ways to introduce your peers to the ROCKS INC. As you develop your Chapter, please share your projects, best practices and lessons learned with Nationals.  If you have not established a website to date, please send us your lesson learned and we will feature on our web site.

Membership Goals:  Establish an effective strategic communications program that increases participation of Cadets, Junior and General Officers alike. Develop a PCS Chapter Sponsorship Program that facilitates the transfer of Rocks Members from Chapter to Chapter.

Revamp National Membership Programs to include new member offers, Members Only events, discounts, and drawings.  Strengthen organizational relationships and expand regionalization and membership incentives
