The ROCKS, Inc., cordially invites you to attend the ROCKS' 39th Annual Spring Gala and Awards Ceremony on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the Fort Belvoir, Va. Officers Club.

The ROCKS, Inc. serves as a premier non-profit organization that provides and promotes mentorship, scholarship, networking, professional development, and fellowship, to strengthen the United States Army Officer Corps.

This year's gala celebrates 39 years of publicly recognizing scholarship, community service, philanthropy and individual achievement to our organization, the Armed services, and our great nation. With over 1,200 members across the US and overseas from the Armed Forces - active duty, reserve, retired and former commissioned officers, senior civilians, and military academy and ROTC cadets, we are committed to continuing a legacy of service and opportunity development that maximizes talent for years to come.

The ROCKS, Inc. is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) comprised of ROTC and Military Academy Cadets, active duty, reserve component, commissioned officers and active duty or reserve component warrant officers and Department of Defense GS12 and above civilians. The organization was formed to provide mentorship, professional development and social interaction to strengthen the officer corps. In addition to the R.C. Cartwright Scholarship Fund, the "Leadership Outreach" program provides the opportunity for teams consisting of ROCK members to visit Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to provide professional career development guidance to ROTC students.
